Rules and Guidelines
Membership of this board is for patients with symptoms like those of IC, IBS, PFD, ENDO, Vulvodynia. We welcome family friends to join but please let the administrators know you are a family or friend member. Everyone is welcome to view the board as a guest.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:
-Any personal attack
-Any specific negative comment to another person, company, ect.
-providing medical advise
-profanity
-putting down any member, leader, or volunteer here even if you dont name that person.
-putting down any other site, forum or group.
-selling of any medical product on the site.
-posting any product your selling without permission or without it being in the designated area. Designated areas are store list and ICaneMe members business only!
WHAT IS BOARDERLINE OF ALLOWANCE OR NON ALLOWANCE:
-consistent negativity
-over amount of anger
-disrespect to others
All rules of specific boards must be followed at that board as well. Read and follow them too!
We do understand that suffering from any illness can bring out the worse in all of us. We may need support the most when we are at the same time at our worse behavior. Please be careful and keep that in mind and we will too. We have the right to remove anything that we feel crosses the line. This is only a guideline and and is in no way cut and dry without any exceptions. If you have any doubt if what you want to say is allowed or not please ask ICKatrina. Thank you.

We realize that we should have done this in the beginning; but since we are still learning we didn't know to do so please be patient as we are trying to get away with as little rules as possible so people are not on pins and needles each time they post wondering if a post will be edited or not, but on some things we must.
The temporary (or until further notice) policy on links, products, and the like:
We want to be able to help patients in ways a huge group can't. Being a smaller site We don't have official policies on everything at this time. As our family grows here we may need to make changes.
So for now:
We must ask if their is a link to a site, a product, or other things that your unsure of please email or fwd the information over to either ICKatrina or dixiefireball for approval before posting. If the information is posted without approval the site may be edited or moved maybe the whole post deleted.
We regret we must do this, but we can't afford to risk any legal issues.
