Yes, Physical therapy, heat, cold, vaginal muscle relaxants (I say that since oral ones make you tired but they work too), moisture, focusing on relaxing,warm to hot baths, after that you get into things that take some time to learn like biofeedback, trigger point therapy, and skin rolling. The book a headache in the pelvis can be a good place to start. There is definatly not an easy fix and if your physical therapy focused on strengthening when you have IC you probably need a new one. ((hugs))
